help! I've got eggs!

Okay this is the second time my female grey rat snake has laid eggs, i'm not a pro i have my snakes purely for pets, so basicly I have no idea what to do, the first time she laid eggs I beleive I basicly ruined them, and I would really like these eggs to hatch can someoene please give me some advice?
