Well I dont know of any vets in Dallas, but it is always a good idea to get wc into a vet to check for internal parasites.

: Thanks to Patricia and Travis for the great advice. Rocky is much more calm when we hold him now- we like him just resting in our hand. I think we will continue to feed him once a week, but we have made a feeding box out of a plastic shoe box. Since he was wild caught, do I need to take him to a vet for a check. He seems healthy, but do we need to check for internal parasites. I live in the Dallas area, and I did not see any vets advertising as reptile specialists in the yellow pages. Would a vet referral service be a good place to try. Does anyone know of a good vet in the Dallas area?
