I know I'm going to sound like a broken record here....but stay away from wc snakes if at all possible. Not that there aren't always exceptions to the rule but WC Goynosomas almost always end up breaking your heart in the long term. Initially all usually do very well as far as feeding etc. but they are infested w/parasites and seem really hard to "clean-up" entirely. Additionally they are extremely susceptible to upper resp. infections - I've had some pull through after prolonged antibiotic treatments while others crashed and died w/in 48 hours of manifesting the first symptoms. To much humidity and this seems to occur..to little and you'll never get clutches.
I am fortunate to have F2 eggs in the incubator right now and last year's F2s (all from the same wc adults) should be breedable next year. They require a ton of micromanaging - sort of like wc Mandarins - it takes a deplorably huge amount of imported snakes to get a small percentage to acclimate and survive. By the way, they have to be the meanest snake known to man - even my cbs are nasty. Best of luck if you go the wc way - they are a tough snake to resist trying. Bill
