When I was tease-feeding Philip, he hit me a few times - didn't try to constrict, just wanted to express his displeasure at my feeble attempts to annoy him.

Philip NEVER burrows - he has about an inch of substrate down all over the tank...he's either under his half-log or on top of his branch or over on the side of the tank closest to me, trying to get out.

His girth is about half the size of a pinky mouse. I'm thinking I'll have to start cutting them in half...*winces*
