all you can do is keep it very clean with lots of fresh water and a good thermal gradient
it really needs a fecal sample done, like the bottom post said, 'cause there are so many different kinds of infestations it could have, in addition to stress, improper temps, tumors, blockage at some point along the gut, etc causing the problem
it really needs a vet, there's no way around needing that lab work and exam
