Hi Jim,

The male breeder involved is a high yellow animal, and while both adults are beautiful, there is nothing in the coloration of either that would explain the dead animals color. Two other progeny were fairly high yellow. The adults involved were offspring from an imported female that I was able to acclimate successfully.

The great news is that this breeding was repeated and as of this very moment my female has laid seven seemingly good eggs! I'm not asking for much, just two neonates with totally yellow ground color (male and female, of course). Oh yeah, and they must be living this time.
