: : : Looks just like my hypo Texas Rat I sold in Orlando this year. Sold it because I got tired of being nailed by it everyday. Even my Luecistics calm down by 3-4 feet long but this one was a terror.
: : Dean,
: : Nice pic. Any idea on the origins of this strain? I currently have 1.3, but they are from three different sources. Thanks in advance for any and all info.

: I bought this as a yearling from Tony Baum, who lives in Oklahoma, at the expo in Orlando in 1998. It fed great for a year then went off feed for 2-3 months and started back on live only. It was the meanest snake, other than a pair of Baja Cape Gophers, that I've ever owned. DEAN
I am so curious about the Orlando show;from where I live to drive down to it would be possible. Is it a really big, big show?Do they have a lot of rat snake species, and also venomous snakes?About how many exhibitors are there, and how do prices run? Also,is it expensive to stay down there? please answer if you have the time.
Thank you,
JL
