When I sent them to you I picked out what I though would be the nicest looking pair, it's tough to tell with them changing so much with age. In any event, I've noticed with mine the same thing you've mentioned. I always forget who's the darker gender but I every one I've ever produced has been that exact way. I have a post above this one of a CB99 sibling to yours so you'll have some idea how your's are going to look.
