I didn't order anything..was just curious about how the hohenackeri were doing. Thanks for the pics. Sounds like things are going pretty well, except for the computer. Good luck getting it fixed :-) TMC
: Hi Terry
: No I cannot find out what is wrong. I think that there is something wrong with my origional pair, so I have recieved another 1,2 (captive bred)from the same mountain. They are still juveniles, but I have great hopes for the future. The old female has also gained a lot of weight like last year, but I cannot feel any eggs.
: I am not so worried though. I allready have problems findig the time to the offspring there is on the way, so I can wait a year or two. There are 4 incubators running: 1 for turtles, 1 for monitors, 2 for ratsnakes and lizards, so I will get my hands full.....again.
: We are trying to fix our computer, but we have lost all e-mail addresses and ICQ discussions, so I don`t have a clue who ordered what.
: The Turcmenistan dione started to grow after hibernation. Their growth rate last year was very little but they are really running now. The male dubbled his weight in 2 months and went from 53 to 70 cm in that period of time. The female is still smaller but hopefully ready for copulation in the Autum. The porphyracea hate the warm summér and decreased their growth rate to a more natural state. They are about 70 cm and soooooo beautiful.
: Best wishes
