On average my Elphae Obsoleta are usually around 24-30" at one year. And around 36-48" by the second year. However there is always the out of ordinary animals. For instance I have a female texas rat that is almost 4' and is only 17 months old. And at the same time I have had them only 20" or so at 2-years. It all boils down to how good of feeders the animal turns out to be
