Japanese Rat Experts - Quick question.

I have about 30 colubrids which I breed and this past year I purchased 4 Japanese ratsnakes. They are in a typical ratsnake set up and one has quit eating for me. It has been a few months and he shows no signs of illness. I've tried - dead, split-heads, live, at night, in a bag, and at the edge of its hide spot. Temperatures and lighting appear ideal. Any suggestions???????
