Basically, you just need to introduce some unrelated blood into the line. The best way to do that is to breed a leucistic to a normal to produce hets. The hets will look normal of course and have some genetic diversity from the original leucistic line.
Ideally, you would eventually breed these hets to other hets or leucies from a different set of parents if possible.
With the plethora of mutations out there in various colubrids, it is nice to have some normals to use in outcrossing if you are serious in working with a particular species or trait.
You might want to look up Cherryville Farms. I have heard that John Cherry makes a point of outcrossing this trait, and you could probably get some outcrossed hets from him and start breeding.
