Well, first of all be happy! Your snakes are apparently doing well. They sure as hell will not breed if they are not feeling comfortable.

Now, start feeding her a lot. Radiated ratsankes have a huge appetites which will only grow when they are gravid. When she then finally goes milky before the pre-laying shed introduce a nestbox in the tank. In the nest box you should have some moist material, the following have been used with good results: sphagnum moss, vermiculite, peat, foam rubber. Keep the contents moderately moist, NOT too wet.

I think that it's very important to introduce the nest box BEFORE the shed as E.radiata is known to lay the eggs even before the shed. I do not know how common this behaviour is with other species.
I have observed this with radiata only.

After laying the eggs incubate them in c.28C. with relatively high humidity.
