getting a true albino radiated rat

i'm gettin a 2ft male yearling on next wednesday and housing it in a wooden front openin viv (36''by 13'' by 13". i am using a spotlight and heatpad, wooden chippings as a substrate and the usual requirements (waterboul, etc.). if there is anythin that needs to be added to this setup or if somethin is wrong could you please reply soon (before next wednesday!!),
