Don't worry its perfectly normal since its breeding season hes just fasting and looking for a female, I only have one snake this year that is doing that one of my male Cal Kings......his substrate never stays laid down its always pushed to the back and he is always trying to push his way out and just goes in circles. To bad you dont live here in phoenix Az Because I have a female that needs a male. :P
