As long as their of comparitable size & you have a big enought setup / enclosure. It's VERY important that you feed seperatly both outside their permant enclosure & maybe let them slither through a damp towel before putting them back. Otherwise one may chomp on the other one if they come back into the cage with the scent of mice on them. Ideally it would be best to house seperatly but I find all my ratsnakes to be sorta 'community orietated' for some reason, now kingsnakes is a MAJOR NO NO!!!
