This information is from the Audubon Field Guide, and may differ somewhat from other sources, but here it is:"Mates April to June and in Autumn;hatch August to October.Hatchlings are 11-16" long.I think maybe these snakes mature in about 18 to 36 months,but some people on this forum will surely know,and maybe will post.
I have a big wc Gray that is doing well,but I am going to buy a Black Rat snake from one of the breeders.
I had a Gray the size of yours once;it could throttle adult male Anoles.I am glad the pre-killed pinkies and mice are available now frozen.Good luck with your young Gray.
