Albino Bubblegum Rat snake????????????

Hello can anyone help me by telling the full size an albino bubblegum rat snake can get, also about their temperment, and also of how much it can be handled as I bought it today just feed it and will leave alone for two or so days but just wanted to know how much it can be handled in general..
