Make sure all the husbandry conditions are right first. (There is a secure hide box, a warm area and a cool area of the cage, etc.). Also, I have found that baby TP rats will sometimes do better if they have a hide box that is cramped. I have had particular luck with putting a handful of gravel under their hide box. I don't know whether it is the rocks under their bellies or the extra cramped conditions, but it seemed to make them settle down better.
If it is cb, it will eat soon enough, be patient. These are fragile little snakes when they are young and force feeding is likely to do more harm than good.
