: : Beautiful. What's the temperment like for captive bred animals?
: Honestly I can't say just yet. My experience has been with wild caught animals only. I am working with imports that I obtained in 1998. So far I have gotten three clutches from them in the last three years, but I have yet to successfully hatch any. The first clutch was obviously infertile, and the second clutch went full term but all the snakes died in the egg without pipping. Hopefully the current batch of eggs will be a success,:)
:I produced two clutches from my cb pair a few years ago. Incubation was 100 days at 28C(82F). I manually pipped the second clutch after losing one of the first clutch
:I have found the hatchlings tame nicely....My adults although cb were very "snappy", until I removed the hide box. They are very tame now. They calmed down within days of the hide box being removed.
:Regards Mark
