Feeding Question for Taiwanese Beauty

I have been feeding my juv beauty snake medium frozen mice, but through my job i have pretty much unlimited access to free rat pups of the same size. I'm sure there isnt, but i just wanted to see if anyone knew of any significant difference between nutritional qualities of feeding rat pups vs. adult mice.
