I don't know of any web sites but "Corn Snakes and other Rat Snakes" by the Bartletts is a basic little book that has info on both snakes. "Snakes of the US & Canada Vol. 2 (Western Area)" by John and Roxanne Rossi has a interesting chapter on triaspis and info on subocs too. "A Monograph of the Colubrid Snakes of the Genus Elaphe" is THE ratsnake bible if you can sneak a look at it (it cost around $150!) I would say that Trans-Pecos rat snake is a much better "pet" snake,especially if want something you can handle occasionally.
