First we'd have to establish that such a thing exists! There was a thread about this recently... if you look down a ways it might still be here. Basically... if something's sold as a leucistic black rat, you can be pretty sure it's either actually just a leucistic Texas rat, or a leucistic hybrid between Texas and black rats; either way a ploy to get more money outta people.
