Yes! Believe it or not it is Elaphe. This snake is more closely related to garter snakes than rat snakes, but its still considered a Elaphe. What is more disappointing is that there is just not a lot of info out there on these little cuties. Everything we have learned about them has been through a LOT of trial and error!!!
