Caging suggestions for a sub-oc??

Will a 20 long tank be large enough for my baby when she grows up? When should I switch her? Right now she is in a 10 gallon and she is only about 14-16 inches long. Anybody know about how long these guys get? About the same as a cornsnake? Thanks for any help.
