I'm pretty sure she is regurgitating the mice. A mouse cannot pass through the entire digestive tract whole.
As for why she is doing this, that may be hard to tell. Your temps are not too low, so that is not it.
What I would suggest is to offer no food for 7 days, and do not handle or disturb her during this time. Then give her one mouse about half the size of what she could normally eat. If she keeps it down give her another 5-7 days later, and continue this for a month or so. Then you can start giving her two small mice at a feeding. Chronic regurgitation often requires a slow recovery over the course of 2-3 months.
If she doesn't keep the initial small meal down, she may have other underlying problems, and I would get her to the vet.
