I live in Italy.
I read that young situla in the wild eat also bugs....
When hibernating was at ambient temp in the basement (the normal temp. for situla, they live in Italy), is in plastic box 18 inch x 7 x 6 at a hot temp of 28°C
I tryied to fed live, thawed and open brain pinkyes, day and night. I think she isn't a big eater because her fellow was bigger than her (now is the double).
I have force feed with a pinkye few hours ago and she haven't vomited.
I hope she'll start eat by herself, but if not i'll force feed with the same frequency of "normal" snakes?
regards
Iggy
