By pattern and scalation, my first guess is Elaphe carinata. But this can't be confirmed w/o a look at the whole body, the profile of the head, and a scale count.
My second guess, if the first is wrong, is a species of Ptyas. Looks like dorsal scale count might be slightly high, and the pattern is a little off, but it's possible.
That might be a start in the right direction. Would help if we knew the origin also.
