found this rat snake on Saturday ... PIC

Found this 3 foot rat snake AOR on Saturday afternoon. It was a young male, and unfortunately acted as if he been hit by a car. He was still alive, and appeared to be OK, but he seemed disoriented and may have sustained internal injuries. My friend John snapped this pic right before we placed him off the road to at least give him a chance to make it. He was found in Christian County, KY.
