NEED HELP-EVERGLADES RAT SNAKES ARE PSYCHO!!

Does anyone who owns 'Glades Rat Snakes have this problem?-
Whenever I feed them, they squeeze the mice so hard all the bones break and the insides come out, then refuse to eat it and have to be offered a 2nd mouse? (yes they are prekilled, and the snakes are kept separately)-all my other snakes are fine!!
