Hi Don,
Not too many working with E. p. coxi. Maybe Chad Brown still has them. Some of us know a little about them though, and even though I don't have any, yet, here's a little info.
They are montane and fairly cool adapted. I would start keeping them as I would mandarina. Maybe the adults require about three months brumation, at 55-60*F. I've heard they're fairly easy to maintain and should take small mice. It might depend somewhat on whether they're wild caught or captive raised.
As far as temps, I would keep the ambient temps around 70-82*F. I might try an overhead lamp for a warm spot to see if they go to it, but they'll probably hide for the most part. They probably warm up during the day and cool off somewhat at night.
Don't forget quarantine. Asian rats usually have many parasites, if imported, and even captives could still possibly have them. If you can't check for internal parasites, I'd take a sample to a vet and have it checked, just to be sure. Good luck and keep us posted. I'd sure like to see a picture also.
