Hi,
and thanks for the support. only three of the five eggs from the second clutch hatched
out. but they are all perfect and feeding. the 7 pairs from the first clutches are doing
just great.
i actually still have one pair of yearlings from the 99 clutches. if no one buys them, i'll
breed that female this year as well.
i think the reason my snakes take longer to hatch is that i keep the Mandarin Ratsnake and
Eastern Indigo eggs very cool. My Eastern Indigos typically hatch out in 4 months, while other
people's hatch out in about 3 months. as far as double clutching, i think people have really not
been working with these animals long enough to know every detail about them. i'll keep you posted
on the progress of this group through the years.
