Russian Amur ratsnake prices

I found a 7year old female Russian Amur ratsnake with a cage,
hidelog, water dish, and substrate for $129.
Is this a good price? I have seen her and she is very healthy.
And does anyone here know where I can find other
Russian Amur Ratsnakes for sale?
