Panacur is the brand name for the drug Fenbendazole. According to John Rossi, D.V.M., M.A., Pancur is safer to use on most internal parasites than Ivermectin. I personally have used Panacur in conjunction with Flagyl (Metronidazole) for the elimination of internal parasites.
To answer your question, Panacur should be given orally, and according to my vet, at a rate of .1cc per 100 grams body weight. Note that the dosage is 1/10 of a cc. I would recommend that you purchase Dr. Rossi's book, "What's Wrong With My Snake?" if you would like to "do it yourself". He has several useful dosage charts for a variety of medications. My best advice would be to use a good vet.
