If you like wine and are able to get any of the publications about wine, those magazines always have ads for wine cellars. These cellars are actually cabinets, sort of like refrigerators. The units in those cellars are designed to keep them at around 57 degrees F. They also sell the units by themselves to use in a closet or other suitable room. They can be a little pricey, but they are also designed to control the temp to around 57 degrees F and to control the humidity.
