I picked up a 4ft black ratsnake off a road in Tenn. It was not happy but I used my snake bag as a glove.We were on a road next to the pidgeon river. Since we were on a family vacation and I already have a captive born one at home, I carried it to the side of the road and let it go before any of the local boys could kill it. We also moved a very pretty box turtle to the side of the road a few miles down. It had a lot of orange on its neck and carapace. Buddy.
