Hi Rob. This is a picture of a subadult male that was produced by a wild caught pair of Dion's ratsnakes I have from South Korea. I believe the person I got them from was actually in Korea, near Seoul, when he caught them himself. They're pretty nice looking, but more importantly, they have great personalities, and make a really great "pet" snake. Maybe this could give you something to shoot for while you're there. If you need other info on Korean snakes, give us a holler. TC.
: I am off to Korea in two days until the first week of September, so I will continue to search for these snakes when I get back. I am pretty sure that it will be warm enough for them to still be out then. Those leucistic rats look really awesome. I guess by those pics in the Iwakuni article that they do get pretty big. I wouldn't have guessed after seeing how small this one was.
: Thanks guys.
