....There are some really nice Elaphe (ratsnakes) in Korea too. I have a pair of South Korean Dion's ratsnakes that I like even better than the Japanese rats. These guys make great pets. I doubt you could bring any back to Japan, but just in case you could get some pics, I thought I'd mention it.

: I am off to Korea in two days until the first week of September, so I will continue to search for these snakes when I get back. I am pretty sure that it will be warm enough for them to still be out then. Those leucistic rats look really awesome.
