I agree with Rob and Amy, Taiwans are a great snake, and the fastest growing species I have ever worked with. I have some that are 5 feet at 18 months old.
I haven't worked with them nearly as much as Rob, but mine are far from low key, they are very hyper and quite a handful to keep up with, but they have never attempted to bite.
Due to their size they need a large cage, and mine make use of branches for climbing. They are voracious feeders, and readily take thawed mice.
These snakes are growing in popularity, and it's easy to see why, they are fascinating captives, and a pleasure to work with.
