eggs, fertile or bad

Please respond if you know. I have a leucistic Texas rat snake clutch of 10 eggs,they have been incubating for 11 days.Three are solid white and have a leather-like texture, the other seven are cream colored and appear to be soft shelled.They are doing well, the white ones
have shrunk slightly, and the cream ones have swollen slighty and have tiny surface cracks.Will the cream ones hatch?
