Hmmm. This is very small pic, and it is not really in focus. At first it appears to be an albino something, but seeing as the eye appears dark in this photo, it is most likely either a washed out photo, or a hypo. I would guess a trinket ratsnake of some kind, if it is a ratsnake. Notice the strong pattern in the first 1/3 of the snake that appears to blend for the next 1/3 of the snake into the patternless striping of the last 1/3. this is quite typical of trinkets (which includes all species and subspecies of: helena, taeniura, radiata, flavolineata, and erythrura (which can have no pattern and/or striping on the tail), A guess would be a sub of E. erythrura (it looks the most like E.erythrura philippina). Of course this is a guess. A great deal of help to identifing this snake would be the following: 1) a better pic, 2) a written discription with a much detail as you can, 3) how it was obtained (originally).
