HELP!!!!!

I have a neighbor that has what appears to be an Emory living in a hollowed out lower branch of a pretty big tree. I looked in and could see it and told her it was a "good" snake and she needs to leave it alone. She wants it out. I need suggestions to capture it so I can relocate it. The hole into the branch is approx. 2" in diameter but the branch curves around pretty dramatically. I would appreciate any advice I can get.
