I have 1.1 Kunasir Island, Japanese ratsnakes, plus one albino. They are all subadults right now, but I was wondering what would happen if I were to cross the albino, which is from the population near Tokyo, on Honshu, with a Kunasir Is. form, when they are adults. I know the ones from Honshu get larger than the ones from farther north. Are any of the forms from the various islands considered subspecies, or different enough to consider this creating a hybrid type snake? It certainly wouldn't be a Kunisar Island rat anymore. TC.
