I was the one who talked to you before. You have an exceptionally long carinata. Schulz (my main authority) says the max. is 240 cm., which is about 94 inches, or just under 8 feet. I didn't want you to think they could get any larger, and normally don't even get over 7 feet.
The genus, Elaphe, which carinata is considered part of, at this time, has as it's largest snake, E. taeniura friesi. Schulz gives its max. length at about 2.5 meters.
Do you still have your carinata? If you do, you should preserve it, if it is not alive, or let the forum know if you don't want to keep it, because it may be a new record, or close to it. Records like that are not likely to occur with captive-raised snakes, because the conditions aren't right for them to get so big. Usually a record length is from a wild-caught animal.
