HELP trans peco rat snake still not eating

my trans peco rat is still not eating and i'am saced he will die
ans how do you force feed? below is information about him
1. i got him 2 weeks ago and he is still not eating
2.cage is around 84 degrees and has a hide box
3. has a cool place to go if he gets to hot
4 ppppplllllaaaaassseee help me out
