what kind of snake?

hi I have recently required a snake which was supossed to be a four lined rat snake
but i am not convinced
he is about 1 year old 5 - 5.5 feet, he is olive green (shiny under light)
he has got 4 lines but only from the neck for about 10 inches and
in this area his scales have some white around them, he also has
three black lines coming from each eye. he is growing unbelievably fast and is very strong
