Good breeder for blue beauties/person to talk to about them?

I'm looking into buying a pair of blue beauties, but I've learned from the herp biz not to jump into something you don't know anything about. I fell in love with this snake when I saw it in Viv mag, a few months back. Looking for a good breeder/importer and hopfully someone to talk to. Wan to know everything about them, care, breeding, sicknesses they get, min/max size, and handeling. I'm also only looking for blues with ALOT of blue, no grey.
