: Hi again, Emilio. This one does look a little different. But the first was juvenile and looking a little cleaner in ground color. This one is adult and not the same vibrant color. But it could breed that way. The scales, however, seem somewhat tough, maybe it could stand more humidity.

He has got more humidity

: As for origin, my guess is again North Vietnam, but this one could be from mainland China too. The black banding is again quite wide, which is good. This is like the Vietnamese specimens I like, awesome color and pattern. N. Vietnamese specimens are supposed to get a little larger than others. I think their habitat, being close to the tropics might be more favorable for mandarina than other habitats (or ecosystems).

Thanks! That's just the kind of opinion I would like to hear

: One more thing...be careful if you ever breed these two animals, as the wild caught one, if infected, could infect the other snake.

I have never even thought to put them toghether, i keep WC animals in a different room of the CB snake room. But I have the possibility to take another WC female (very cheap!) as so as another baby WC, so I will try two different ways to breed them..

: I would try these two if I couldn't find another one better for breeding the captive born snake. You will never be able to say for sure the exact origin, but you could say they look like a certain variety and show the nice pics. I think the offspring could be quite nice. You might look to see the scale counts also to help with origin.

Perfect, your answer is very kind and enjoyable..

: Good luck with your projects and keep us posted. TC.

Ok, i could post a pic of another baby cb I didn't buy just because Iit seemed to me more different from these two...could be interesting for somebody like you...

thank you very much!
