**Help**my E.bairdi is sneezing! why?

ok i have 1.2 beautiful E.bairdi(baird's rat snake) i have recientl herd one of them sneezing. i read in one of my books that it may be sick. how do i find out what it has or how to treat it.please let my know what you think.
