I have to totally agree with Bill. I bought his breeders he had for 3 years and after 3 months of me having them and setting them up the way he had them set up I lost both of them within 3 weeks of eachother. No signs of distress. Both went to the bottom of the cage and died within 12 hours. No respritory symptoms or anything. I still dont know the reason they died..could have been old age..who knows with these snakes. I did freeze the female for a partial necropsy later so maybe I will have some idea on what happened. I have had 9 of these snakes in the last year and a half and I am down to 1.1 silvers that I also got from Bill. I had another fresh WC female that died last week (silver also) that I had for about 4-5 months. Came in with mouth rot and mild resp infection and treated all of that and she seemed fine. She was also eating well. Then just died. I had another female silver last year that was a fresh WC that was eating great and seemed fine and she died the day after a successful feeding. These snakes will really break your heart as they have mine and Bill's. I do plan on getting some CB babies from Bill when/if he ever has them. For me there will be no more WC goynosomas EVER.
